Hello - my wife and I recently arrived to Dubrovnik and needed a ride from the airport to Kotor in Montenegro. We used TransferNovi because of the above recommendations. I used their webpage to book the initial trip, and then used whatsapp to book the trip back to Dubrovnik. Nikola met us at the airport on our late flight and waited patiently for us as we were the very last through customs (those lines were terrible). Nikola is very kind and respectful and has a fleet of very comfortable cars. His English is spectacular and entertained our endless questions. There are multiple crossings into Montenegro and he goes a way that has no lines. That made for a 30-second border crossing. He was affordable and given some of the other options we looked into, he was clearly the best. We used him again on the way back to Dubrovnik and it was the same great experience. He also has cars for rent at a rent more affordable than other options - though we decided to use public transportation while in Kotor as it is pretty easy to get around. Not sure if Nikola will see this - but if so, thank you for the great trip!

Thanks to this post I also booked TransferNovi a few months ago, using WhatsApp. We received the confirmation almost instantly and today Nikola waited for us at the airport of Dubrovnik and safely brought us across the border to Kotor. He’s a very experienced driver and loves his job. He likes the area and can also give you some tips. We felt comfortable and safe the whole ride.

We used the services of the Transfer Novi company for the transfer. The cars were comfortable and air-conditioned. The drivers spoke good English. The prices were affordable. The agency had all the necessary licenses to transport passengers across the Republic of Croatia, so we did not have to change the car at the border — we received a direct transfer.

I found transferNovi via google and we booked via email and WhatsApp for transfers from Dubrovnik to Kotor and it was so easy and comfortable and the route they use that lets you cross the border and get all your passport stamps but in only 1 minute. It is much cheaper than taxis dubrovnik. Stuff is very professional, they were on time waiting for us as agreed. Tomorrow we are also going back with them.
